Skye 15 – Tempe, Arizona

Located blocks away from Arizona State University, Skye 15 was a new condo development, which was in significant financial distress.  With no other options available to the developer, and Triton positioned to purchase the note, Triton negotiated a deed in lieu of foreclosure between the lender and the developer, with Triton simultaneously purchasing the property from the bank.

After stabilizing the HOA, staging the units, and realigning the price point, Triton sold the units over the course of 16-months.

Palo Verde Lane – Scottsdale, Arizona
