Historically, we have found our most transformative investments in the $2 million to $20 million range. Triton is an all-cash buyer and well-positioned to invest across cycles and complex capital structures (i.e., from fee simple cash purchases to OREOs, short sales, non-performing and performing notes).
Our favored assets are Class B or worse multifamily projects with 50+ units, and broken condominium assets of any size that are in need of major repositioning, capital improvements and/or operating expertise. However, given the current economic landscape and our experience with various asset classes, we are also actively pursuing underperforming hospitality, office, retail and mixed-use assets.
