Triton has deep expertise in working alongside local, state, and federal government to accomplish challenging issues that range from entitlements to historic rehabilitations. In each decision, we are acutely aware of the impacts on local communities. So, we believe it is important to act as fiduciaries not only as investors, but the communities in which we invest.
Our favored assets are multi-family projects and broken condominium assets that need major repositioning. In addition to residential, we will continue to invest in underperforming hospitality, office, retail, and other real estate assets.
We are well-positioned to invest across cycles as our capital is patient and completely discretionary.
